This survey is for people with diagnosed HIV. It is being carried out by Sigma Research on behalf of the London Specialist Commissioning group (NHS London). The results will be used to improve NHS services for people living with diagnosed HIV. The survey is ANONYMOUS – you will not be asked for your name or address and do not need to provide us with any means of contacting you in the future. Please answer all questions honestly.

The survey asks about your experience of using NHS HIV services, and how you feel these could be improved. It will take 15 minutes to complete the survey.
What about data protection?

collect the IP-address of your computer or install any cookies on it. We will not collect any information about you that would allow anybody to identify you. A report of the survey results will be produced by the end of June 2012. It will be available from our website at

Who are we?
Sigma Research is a social research group specialising in the behavioural and policy aspects of HIV and sexual health, as part of the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine. In the last ten years, Sigma Research has undertaken more than fifty research and development projects concerned with the impact of HIV on the sexual and social lives of a variety of populations.
