Although demographix is truly powerful, we've designed it so that it's really easy to use. The documents below will give you more information on how to get started. We've made these manuals available in PDF format so that it's easy for you to print them out and share them with your colleagues.

User manual

Our user manual is split into two parts. Firstly we have Getting started which outlines the basic steps involved in creating a survey – right up to the point where you are ready to publish it.

The second part of the user manual is Publishing a survey. Here we show what happens when a survey is published, and how you can analyse the data you collect.

Advanced guides and techniques

Demographix is a powerful system, and our Advanced survey techniques document shows how to get the most out of your online surveys. It describes how to use opt-ins and opt-outs, create templates, create style sheets, calculate averages, build up a library of searchable data, use matrix questions, include graphics, work backwards from a prototype report, conduct keyword analysis, create compulsory and validated questions, Invite a Friend, and use conditional redirects.

There's also an Administration guide which explains how to create users, allocate access privileges and generally administer accounts.
