Demographix has announced a significant upgrade of its analysis features by introducing a "multiple crosstab" facility to its reporting toolset.
Multiple crosstabs allows customers to select as many questions from their survey and crosstab them with as many other questions as they like, giving Demographix a significant advantage over other online survey providers.
"Our design objectives on this development project were completely in line with the basic mission of Demographix to make survey building, analysis and management easy and straightforward for marketing and research people with little technical knowledge," said Demographix ceo Derek Cohen.
He added: "We want them not only to create surveys easily and get results quickly, but also use the data they gather in a multitude of useful ways. They want to cut and slice that data easily, and cost effectively."
Demographix does not charge extra for multiple crosstab generation; the new facility is all part of the standard system. The company continues to develop features, many suggested by existing and prospective customers (as multiple crosstabs were), and add these to its already rich feature set at no extra cost.
